Destek Assist Roadside Assistance and Assistance Services Limited Liability Company Commercial Electronic Communication Consent Text
Pursuant to Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages; messages containing data, audio and visual content that are sent for commercial purposes and carried out electronically through communication tools such as telephone, call centers, fax, automatic dialing machines, smart voice recording systems, electronic mail, short message service and similar communication tools are considered commercial electronic communications.
Commercial electronic communications may only be sent to recipients provided that their prior consent has been obtained. By accepting this Consent Text, you agree to be informed by Destek Assist Roadside Assistance and Assistance Services Limited Liability Company regarding promotions, informational notices, customer satisfaction surveys, newsletters, survey studies, campaigns, discount announcements, celebration messages, goodwill messages, event invitations and similar activities within the scope of activities carried out through our company website, mobile applications, call center and other electronic communication channels.
Within this scope, commercial electronic communications containing data, audio and visual content may be sent to you through electronic mail, short message service (SMS), phone calls, WhatsApp messages, mobile application notifications and similar communication tools. You also acknowledge that such records may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations where required under the relevant legislation.
The acceptance of this Consent Text shall remain valid until you exercise your right of refusal. You may withdraw your consent regarding the sending of commercial electronic communications at any time, free of charge, through the Message Management System (İYS) at vatandas.iys.org.tr or by contacting Destek Assist. Following the receipt of your refusal notification by us, the sending of commercial electronic communications shall be stopped within 3 (three) business days at the latest.
Your refusal to give consent for commercial electronic communications or your subsequent withdrawal of such consent shall not affect your ability to benefit from roadside assistance, towing organization, vehicle recovery, assistance and other services provided by Destek Assist.
Through my contact information, I hereby give my explicit consent to the sending of commercial electronic communications containing data, audio and visual content for the purposes of promotion, advertising, sales, marketing, campaigns, discounts, customer satisfaction activities, celebrations, goodwill messages and informational notifications by Destek Assist Roadside Assistance and Assistance Services Limited Liability Company and/or its business partners and service providers serving Destek Assist under a confidentiality obligation through communication channels such as telephone, short message service (SMS), electronic mail, WhatsApp and similar channels, and I accept, declare and undertake that I have been informed that I may withdraw this consent at any time, without providing any reason, easily and free of charge.
